I had an emergency dental appointment. The team got me in right away. They also call when there was a cancelation. Dr Kostco and his staff assistance took great care of me. I've been afraid of the dentist since I was a kid. Dr. .Kostco and Mary worked with me and was patience and kind. This is a no judgment zone; they meet you where you are and take their time and are really patience. Thanks Dr. Kostco and Mary.
Grove Dental in Wheaton is NOT THE PLACE TO GO! !! Save yourself the hassle and find somewhere else. The Billing department has made many mistakes and have tried to say it is our fault. They weren’t getting pd for over a year for my daughters braces and had the nerve to send a letter dismissing us from their practice because of it. Funny within that year we were there every 6weeks for orthodontic care but NOT ONE WORD about this was mentioned, no letter, no email, NOTHING! Dr crowe at Grove really messed me up. As he was doing a root canal he pinched my lip and broke a vein at the surface. my lip was caught under the dental dam and either his hand or a tool pinched it. I left there with a big blue lip where I had to go to a dermatologist so he could get it lasered closed. I took the bill back to the dentist office and after a bit of a fight they agreed to pay the $400 and I had to sign a release that says there cannot be any additional claims arising out of this Dental the treatment.
