just now NEW I was assigned to a new doctor/dentist to fill a tiny cavity. She explained it would be a quick procedure because of how small a superficial it was. She botched it. Sharp edges on the filling cut my tongue. She tried to smooth the edges with little luck and ended up creating a gap between my teeth that never existed before. She explained that she could drill out the filling and redo it but that wouldn’t be the best idea. Seriously? Get out of my mouth, and give me someone who knows what they’re doing!
Usually I have zero complaints about this company. However, we received a phone call 2 1/2 hours before our daughter's appointment that her orthodontist was sick and had to cancel. If this happened in reverse we would be charged for the appointment. I even explained that we had to fly our child here from Texas where she is living right now with her other parents, yet no compensation was even offered and we will have to spend more money to fly her back at a later date. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism

The staff is great from the front desk all the way to my dentist. They really do a great job. We love going there. I moved and thought I would find a dentist closer to home but found myself going back because Grove Dental is the very best. Love Molly and Dr. Kelly. They are the very best. Don’t settle for the rest, go to the best.

Returned to IL after 10 years out of state and chose Grove Dental for my care. So happy I did! My hygienist Tammy was excellent and explained every step of the X-rays and cleaning. Dr. Moss is the same personable professional. It’s good to be back.
