My son and daughter in law has had electrical issues throughout their apartment all weekend and no one to call! There is no emergency number listed anywhere. Joan is never available and doesn’t have a working phone number in the office. The number on the website is disconnected.
Very unprofessional. I can’t even get Joan to answer my calls or return any of my emails.
