We placed four orders that we wanted to self-deliver and it came with one gift message card when we needed four. It simply doesn't make sense for their business model not to anticipate that each individual order should come with a gift message card instead of the entire order having a single gift message card when your company is planning to deliver the orders to multiple people. Charge for it if you must but having the order delivered only to realize that it came with only one gift message card was extremely disappointing. ... read more
