They are right on super busy 19th street, but amazingly it is quiet inside. They are across the street from Stern Grow. The buildings are a little dated, but the condos are huge and well planned. I was surprised to learn that they have 24 hours security person on the first floor. Not too many condos still have it. The condo prices are reasonable for San Francisco, but the HOA fees are steep.
It is right on the busy 19th street, but surprisingly it is pretty quiet here.it is one of the few condominiums with maned 24 hoirs security. Tye buildings are from 1974, but the buildings are in good shape. The appartments are large and have good plans.
