OK Place they just keep upping the rent every few months saying its for improvements, nothing has been done in the two years i have rented there.

Absolute horrible customer service. Put in a new gate but never let customers know code to get into the gate. Increased rate and informed by email....not everyone checks emails everyday or that often for elderly individuals. Always goes to voicemail when you try to call. Most times mailbox is full and then you are at the mercy of them calling you back to get access to YOUR stuff. "Thats just how we do things" isnt an excuse to paying customers. Lots of options to store stuff in the area - I'd choose elsewhere.

A couple of days ago, I blasted Grove City Self Storage for their customer service. Well, the proprietor reached out to me and asked why did I give the review that I did. I told Jonathan the reason for the review and why I was was outraged with the customer service. I have to be honest, I was flabbergasted how embracing Jonathan was.

Affordable clean storage. Until I got myself out of there that is. My stuff was in there from may 1st till September 6th and I had white mold on everything pretty much. Had to throw a dinning room table and chairs a tv a couch and chairs and my entertainment center. Another thing I paid for the month of September before the first as I usually do. The online payment system is a great feature and the managers are SUPER easy to work with! They resolve issues quickly are quick to respond. I would definitely rent with them again.
