Employees were kind and very helpful when I was looking a night guard! Would go back!
I was told my son needed a tooth removed and it was recommended for him to go under general anesthesia due to his age. However, coordinating to get the procedure scheduled and getting appropriate insurance prior authorizations completed was a complete disaster. I was told to contact Nationwide Childrens to get a prior authorization for anesthesia but NCH repeatedly told me it was the referring office’s responsibility. Dr.June is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! She really has the patience of a saint!! My daughter was super scared going and Dr. June took her time to calm her down. She walked through everything she was going to do. Showed her every single item that she was going to use and exactly what each tool was used for. She really does such an awesome job!!
