All team members at Grove City Ford were helpful by answering all of our questions and working with us. David our sales person did an excellent job explaining pick-up truck features. Shawn was helpful with ordering add-ons and John was helpful with service. Dan made us feel comfortable throughout the process working with his team. Very enjoyable experience!
My experience with Grove City Ford was one of the best I have ever had with a dealer ship. We recently relocated to the area and the entire staff from parts and services to sales to the General manager were all friendly and very welcoming.
