This was one of the worst experiences we've had in a physician's office. The staff was not equipped to handle my 4-year-old's needs. My child was scared. One staff member in particular made underhanded comments about him. Made him nervous. Kept saying he would have to keep doing it and wouldn't be able to leave unless he did what they asked him to.
