There are not enough kind words. Far and away the best bank in South Florida. Ana, Barbie, Eric and the the rest of the wonderful bankers at this location really make banking a pleasure with their knowledge, friendliness and attentive manner. The level of professionalism and expertise I was provided throughout was top class. A Senior Vice President herself (who was exceptional) personally handled my banking needs with such dedication and diligence that it made me feel like I was the bank's only client. Excellent client service. Smaller bank, bigger heart.
I was recommended Grove Bank and Trust to deal with a guardianship account. These types of accounts are complex given the various approvals and court orders required but Barbara, de Assistant VP at the Coral Gables branch, managed the process smoothly. She made sure to liaise with all the required parties and request the documents each would need in advance, so that when the time came to open the account, it was completed in a matter of minutes.
