Leasing office & management both verbally confirmed the apartments and common areas are none smoking. Security who supposes to help enforcing this rule told me that all tenants can smoke in their apartments. One is lying, who is it? You cannot have it both ways. When talking to Mgmt. and leasing office they are surprised that their security team ignore my calls for help having a "smoke shop" coming from tenants below my apartments enduring second smoke in my living room.
