Terrible place to buy a home. They hurried up to close my home before the end of the year and with so many unresolved issues. Most recently, my tankless water heater does not work. They are repeated side stepping operations for customers who have already built houses in the community. They use unqualified contractors who build homes....POINT BLANK. I have not hot water during the holiday weekend. My $10000 dollar patio door is bowed because of improper installation. I had three customer care representatives do the same work ... read more
