Avoid for the next 6 to 12 months The Grove is a nice apartment but right now complete renovation is going on, has been going on for the past one year. All the facilities - gym, pool are closed and have been closed for the past 5 months. They are running behind their scheduled completion of the renovation. With the loud noise its tough to stay at home. Even though we asked about the completion of the renovations before moving to the apartment, we have been misinformed. This really is a good beautiful safe place to live I have been a long-time resident of The Grove for many years now. Admittedly, It took some time to go from living in an apartment building that housed only two other units besides my own to one with nearly two hundred. And as many residents were an adjustment.
