Filthy and poorly maintained.
Had the pleasure of meeting the owner. I had an issue with my sink, i called today, and they came the same day to fix my issue! extremely nice guy. It's managed by amazing people! If you are looking for an apartment, i highly recommend you give them a call!
I lived at the grove for over 2 years and loved it. It broke my heart when we had to move. The facilities were nice and well kept, apartments are spacious and comfortable. Great place to live!!
