Not big on surveys unless they are deserving. The appointment took some time as the technicians were behind schedule. However, the young lady behind the desk was very tentative to all customers. Advising us of the wait and giving us sincere apologies. She also assisted me with getting documents along with a CD image from a previous MRI and gave me a ribbon for Prostate Awareness. The receptionist was exceptional. I wish I got her name to give her a shout out. She was very kind ,friendly and she let me know my appointment was running a little late which I appreciated.
Staff are very friendly and ensure you are comfortable.
