The check-in process was slow, but the staff was friendly. After completed paperwork I was called within 10 minutes. Because I’m claustrophobic, to have a MRI I require a mild sedative and the medication had not completely kicked in, by the time I reached the back, my anxiety took over, but I appreciate the staff having patience enough to wait for my husband to bring my inhaler and to assist me by not letting me know when I was going into the tunnel and not appearing to be upset because my time did cause somewhere of a 15 mi... read more
The was were all very helpful and explained each stage of the process.
They handled everything efficiently and was in and out with in 15 min.
Staff was very kind and worked fast. I did wait in the waiting room for a bit, but then I got an MRI done in 10 minutes, and was walked through every step. Would recommend!
