Horrible! Upon arriving we were greeted by Adam, the therapist. It was our first visit with him. My husband and I were taken into a room where we had to share a couch with a large dog. We were never asked if we had allergies to dogs or were afraid of dogs. It was just assumed we wouldn’t mind sitting on a hair filled couch with his dog.
