The WORST product and customer service. Will never use again! Highly not recommend. We used them to seal our granite in our kitchen and master bathroom. Also for our 10 ft shower and master bath flooring. Within 3 months, the grout came out. Following their instructions as well. I called them as Michele, the owner, that came out and quoted us for the job said they guarantee their services... a man answered and told me it would cost $95 an hour to come fix whatever is wrong with the caulking of the grout. Had my shower cleaned and regrouted November 27th. I followed the instructions not to use the shower for a week and even went longer (10 days) just to be sure. A few weeks later the grout started coming up in spots. I've left over 8 messages since December, as well as additional calls from my husband, and Brad will not return any calls. I paid $1200 for this job and now the grout has come off across the full shower. I had my shower cleaned and color sealed in November. As instructed, I did not use the shower for a week after the work was completed. The caulking started to crack even before I used the shower. The color seal started to come off on day 7 of using the shower. I contacted the company by text message and Brad replied that “he would get back to me with a game plan of what we can do to get this rectified”. Since then he will not reply to my text messages and he will not return my calls.

The price was pretty high, a couple pieces of our beautiful brand new tile got pretty messed up by their mistake during the application process. They then told us it would last for up to 5 years. Within two weeks there were already chips in it by the drain in our master. They came out to fix it but we had the same problem within a couple more weeks. We had two bathroom floors and a tile shower done. The shower and one bathroom had not been professionally cleaned since they were installed 18 years ago. The floors and showers look brand new. The technicians redid some caulking along the glass in the shower which no longer looked nice. The work was completed in less than a week from the time I first requested a quote.
