Posting this review for my mom. Grout Pro just cleaned her approx 15 year old kitchen/hall floor tile and did a phenomenal job. They live in the country and the floors get DIRTY-- I went in after cleaning and it absolutely shone and made the whole kitchen look new. Mom says they were helpful and professional and gave her great advice about maintenance. The whole job was $900 which we felt was very reasonable.
Brian is very unprofessional and unreliable. He stood us up three times! His reasons for the “no shows” were his personal issues that had nothing to do with us and our project. It was very disappointing and I would not recommend working with him.
Outstanding! I thought that I needed to have a bathroom either retiled or at the least re-grouted… Not the case… I asked Brian to come out and give me a quote and it turns out that for a relatively small amount of money he was able to clean the existing grout to such a high standard that it looked like brand new tile/grout for a fraction of the cost. Brian is very friendly, courteous and totally responsive to your needs. If you want to professional job, look no further… This outfit is awesome!
