Hired Grout Worx-Chris to repair 13 tiles that sounded Hollow and loose. He came over gave an estimate and appeared knowledgeable and nice. The day of repair said he would be there at 12, they that turned into 1 then 130 then 2. Complaining that him and his wife have 1 car and she had it. He did the repairs about halfway through I had to leave. When I came home he was gone. Come to find out he used caulking adhesive instead of thin set. Chris arrived to provide an estimate as scheduled. Chris did an excellent job. The kitchen tile floor was old, the tile is not manufactured now. Also, the grout had been discontinued. Chris was able to removed the loose tiles and save each tile. Those tiles were cleaned and replaced. Chris was also able to find an alternative grout. Chris finished this project as scheduled.
