Chris, the owner, and his assistant Jairo did a fantastic job regrouting and recaulking the shower stall around my bathtub. They went over and beyond, even painting over a bathtub patch which was rusty, near the drain, making it look brand new. Worth every penny. ** Update: after the men left, I found some small streaks of what looked like caulk in my washbasin that I couldn't rub out, and wrote the company. Despite not being convinced that it was their doing, Chris came back on the Sunday morning and got the markings out, proceeding to clean the rest of the sink. So add great service to the list, and SIX STARS. **
I contacted Chris to help with a crack that was forming in the grout in my shower between the first two rows of tile. The crack was forming around most of the shower. Chris responded quickly and came over before quoting to inspect the scope of work. His quote was very reasonable given it was a full day job. We scheduled the work a few days later and Chris did great work. We are very pleased with both at the quality of the work and Chris' professionalism. Highly recommend.
Chris and Donnell did an amazing job regrouting my bathroom. They were super professional and on time. Chris came for a free consultation one day after I reached out to him and would always get back to me via email promptly. I recommend them to anyone who needs their bathroom restored.
I had a very tricky repair (aside from steam cleaning, re-grout and new caulking - which all turned out great!!) the grab bar in the shower came loose and had damaged the surrounding tile thus allowing some water seepage behind - not good!! Chris and Donnell completely repaired this by carefully taking off 4 tiles, building new supports behind the tile and replacing all other needed materials to ensure the new tile (which Chris sourced!!) was properly installed and the grab bar was solid!
