Terrance did a great job fixing our grout and caulking in our showers after moving in. He was knowledgeable, kind and professional. End result came out better than expected. Definitely recommend for any tile, grout & caulking needs.

I needed some special work done. I have a split level in the first and second floor in my house are solid, red brick the problem Was it was covered up sometime the mid 1960s with tar paper and tile and then carpeted after that . So the end result, after pulling up, the tile was a black tarp floor as much of the tar paper had absorbed into the tile and concrete and mastic. Our floors look fabulous! The grout around our tile floors in our new home hadn’t been cleaned in years and was super dark & dirty in some spots and clean where area rugs once lay. It looked terrible. Terry and his wife, Kerry, worked hard to hand clean our grout, no harsh chemicals, and then seal the grout with a coordinating color seal of our choice. I am the manager of an apartment complex and we wanted to get the grout cleaned in one of our units. Terrence did an excellent job cleaning & epoxy color sealing (way better than just cleaning) the grout in our apartment. We are very pleased with his services, pricing and overall customer service. I wish I had taken before and after photos because it made such a huge difference to me. I am so pleased with the final product! We will absolutely use him/ Grout Getters again in the future.

We had several issues with the finished work from a previous contractor. The grout and metal trim in our master shower were not installed correctly, and Grout Getters came out quickly to assess the problem. They provided a fair estimate and were able to correct the issues caused by the previous contractor. They also repaired a few hollow tiles in another bathroom. Overall, we were very happy with their professionalism, responsiveness, and quality of work. 10/10 recommend Grout Getters!
