BEWARE.....I had Terrence come out to regrout my master shower. He was very responsive and punctual. He was to return to do my sons bathroom after mine set for 3 days. I sent him a message informing him that I wanted to wait until after the hurricane to do my sons bathroom but Terrence showed up to my home anyway. I sent him a message letting him know that I was sorry I missed him but that I had sent him a message but he said he didn't get mine.
