Terrance from grout getters saved me . I had tilers do a terrible job and then left me with severe grout haze and never returned . Thank goodness for Terrance. He came in , was understanding , and my tile is SHINING. Great communicator , honest , and hard worker. Call him and no one else

BEWARE.....I had Terrence come out to regrout my master shower. He was very responsive and punctual. He was to return to do my sons bathroom after mine set for 3 days. I sent him a message informing him that I wanted to wait until after the hurricane to do my sons bathroom but Terrence showed up to my home anyway. I sent him a message letting him know that I was sorry I missed him but that I had sent him a message but he said he didn't get mine. We had a situation where the grout on our floor tiles needed to be repaired. Terrence came in and did an exceptional job, paying close attention to every detail to ensure the work was done perfectly.
