We had several issues with the finished work from a previous contractor. The grout and metal trim in our master shower were not installed correctly, and Grout Getters came out quickly to assess the problem. They provided a fair estimate and were able to correct the issues caused by the previous contractor. They also repaired a few hollow tiles in another bathroom. Overall, we were very happy with their professionalism, responsiveness, and quality of work. 10/10 recommend Grout Getters!

I needed to have my bathroom shower and tub surround re-tiled due to water damage behind the original tiles. Terrence did a great job repairing damage and replacing tiles. The finished product looks fabulous! He was prompt retuning text/voice messages, showed up on time, was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will use this guy for all my tiling needs moving forward. Highly recommend!
