Terrence did an excellent job cleaning and sealing our grout. Our tile looked dirty with white grout, but now it looks like brand new tile after it was sealed. He has attentional to detail and was efficient when performing the service. He was also very responsive and dependable. We are very happy!
Terrance from grout getters saved me . I had tilers do a terrible job and then left me with severe grout haze and never returned . Thank goodness for Terrance. He came in , was understanding , and my tile is SHINING. Great communicator , honest , and hard worker. Call him and no one else
BEWARE.....I had Terrence come out to regrout my master shower. He was very responsive and punctual. He was to return to do my sons bathroom after mine set for 3 days. I sent him a message informing him that I wanted to wait until after the hurricane to do my sons bathroom but Terrence showed up to my home anyway. I sent him a message letting him know that I was sorry I missed him but that I had sent him a message but he said he didn't get mine. Terrance & Andres were absolutely amazing. I initially hired them to do my floors and they look AMAZING!! They did the job in 1 day. Then Terrance noticed we didn’t have backsplash in our kitchen and showed us some pics of his work… well needless to say… we hired him to do our backsplash. They finished in 2 days!!
