I have lived here for over 2 years and it has gone down hill. It is way over priced, poorly managed, poorly maintained, roach infested. I have had to repeatedly call for any kind of maintenance to be performed. I have had water leaks from the A/C unit, water leaks from the ceiling. There has been a constant turnover of employees including the property manager. DON'T move here***** I am moving out soon.
Hi, If you are thinking of moving into these apartments think again. Look at the crime rates in the area. I have seen a shooting at the apartment complex next to us. The Bank of America located NW 122 and Penn has been robbed twice within the last twelve months. The apartment complex is run with no regards to tenents. The let stolen vechicles sit in the parking lot for weeks. In the winter they run the sprinkler in the morning so you can practice ice skating or going to the hopital.
