We have been coming to BC for 20 years and have eaten almost everywhere in the village, so I say this with confidence. The menu is not huge, but all the dishes are executed to perfection. Our group of 5 split many items. The mushroom app was great, and the warm lobster & mascarpone app was quite tasty. For entrees, the pretzel crusted pork chop is unreal and the steak is so tender.
