Lisa Ellard was our chosen realtor to sell our home of 25 years. Lisa was great in giving advice and answering all our questions throughout the process. Whether it was upgrades, paint colors, providing staging, etc. , she was always available to help. Once on the market, the home received two offers in eight days!
