I have been re-scheduled for the same appointment 4 times, not because of me, because of "human error" so I was advised. Website says typically seen and receive treatment within 1 business day. I understand weekends and evening appointments may add on a day or two, however I was told originally I was scheduled for Friday and will see my provider that evening around 6, I have a 24 HR pharmacy so that was ok. When times are sometimes ruff, or not going your way GROUPS is always there for you, 24 hrs a day and i love the meetings every week, I look forward to them and love my counselor
