The enrollment system you have in place is flawed and deliberately confusing to consumers. An ethical business would have taken my comments that I only need this for four weeks and this many hours (no longer) to complete my course requirements as anopportunityto end the subscription immediately, so there would be no further charges. I love Grouport. The therapists are warm, smart, knowledgeable experts. The customer support is fast, friendly and ultra-reliable. I enjoyed the other group members as well, who have been down to earth and of all ages and backgrounds. Lastly, I feel that I've gotten a lot of benefit (especially in terms of the cost) and it's been an outstanding experience that I never knew existed!
Being able to openly share my struggles in a supportive group setting and receive meaningful feedback was incredibly valuable. Grouport has been a wonderful opportunity, and the pricing makes it even more accessible. I’m really glad I found it!
One of the best parts of Grouport is receiving a fresh perspective on my challenges from others in the group. It shifts my mindset and helps me see my issues more clearly. What I like most is that there’s no pressure to share anything you’re not comfortable with. Often, I relate to what others are going through, and together, we come up with solutions for our struggles.
I am a graduate student in Colorado, and I had to get 10 hours of group counseling as part of my program requirements. Anita was my group facilitator and she was amazing! This site seems like such a great resource for virtual group counseling; they offer groups for all sorts of populations and problems. I highly recommend checking Grouport out! (This kinda reads like a paid review, but it isn't. As a client, I genuinely loved my time with them!)
