The fellow who came was very pleasant. I did have a problem with your scheduling. Originally you told me between 8 and 1. When I called to tell you I had an important appointment in Montreal at 3 the office promised to be here a 12 noon. No one arrived until 1:30 and I was force to miss my medical appointment.
