Beware Groupe SEB doesn’t honor the terms of its All-Clad cookware warranty. I sent my All-Clad Emeril cookware for warranty service because some cookware was separating. Groupe SEB agreed that the products was failing. They decided to replace it with some sub-par T-fal cookware. The T-fal cookware doesn’t have cast aluminum handles (like my All-Clad Emeril) and many reviews on Amazon complain that the handles get excessively hot.
