I have been renting here since long time , I had a really good experience with the team and especially alexane for always help on my inquiries and Marie Jose for my finishing of my lease . Overall really good experience. Building amenities , repair and on call Janitor was superb . Although I’m moving to next journey but I wish them best in their future plans.
You’ve probably seen the cheap rent ads on Facebook Marketplace or Kijiji for this building. There’s a reason they keep popping up. I lived here and the pest issues were relentless. I’m a very clean tenant: I wash dishes right after meals, never leave food out, regularly mop, and even wash out my containers before I put them in the garbage. Despite all that, I dealt with recurring cockroach infestations, pharaoh ants, and mice. I lost a significant amount of food to contamination from droppings and chew marks. Ils ont installé trois nouvelles machines à laver et ont utilisé cela comme prétexte pour augmenter les tarifs d'utilisation des machines. Ils ont à peine tenu un mois et les trois sont hors service depuis (ça fait plusieurs mois). La moitié des sécheuses et lave-linge sont hors services. Mauvaise gestion.
