I have known Dr. Gardenswartz since 2008. She is a remarkable clinician and human being. She truly has the gift of supporting others with growth. I would highly recommend her.
My sessions with Dr. Cara came at a fairly critical point for me, Her direct but non-judgmental manner made difficult topics easier to address head-on, which I really needed and appreciated. Her astute observations allowed me to really stop and consider my perspectives in a way I hadn't before. They also left nowhere to hide, which is exactly what one wants from a therapist! Cara helped me navigate obstacles that had previously felt insurmountable, and I'm happier as a result.
I have worked with Dr. Gardenswartz and in the first year she cured my panic disorder. She is super patient as she gave me tools I will use for life. Thank you Dr. G!
