An absolute joke of a company. The drivers need to do a better job at controlling the belligerent alcoholics that are on the busses. They aren't all bad, but a lot of them are and shouldn't be allowed on if they're going to disrespect people. Either the driver's can't hear due to the loud music, or are turning a blind eye to it.
