Frustrating to deal with – I wouldn't recommend them. My perspective is one of an employee. My employer chose this company to handle our benefits. I was not informed of the need to submit essential paperwork until months later when they decided to deny some of my health insurance claims. Several months had passed by without a word from them. This inefficiency is inexcusable in my opinion. I would have been happy to provide them with the information they needed if they had only requested it. Very very frustrating indeed.
