I would never recommend this couple (Cyndi Elliot and Andy Elliot) for any real state needs. They are extremely unprofessional and non-responsive. They do not have any ethics and morals. They were seller’s representative for newly built Finis Terra community in Boise. If you ask any buyers in the neighborhood, they tell you the exact same thing.
