Group One has been our property manager for 6 years and we have been very happy with the service we have received. They thoroughly screen potential renters and regularly perform inspections to make sure our rental is being cared for. When issues arise, they promptly inform us. We recommend them highly for a company who has a no nonsense, but professional attitude.

Group One Property Management has been by far the best management we have ever had. Billing statements are so easy to read and excellent managment over all. We have one four-plex and a single family home as a rental and we never have to worry about anything. When issues arise, we are notified right away and follow-up is excellent and timely. We could not be happier with their management of our investments.
