RecommendedGroup medical supply’s customer service is amazing , super friendly and helpful! I have a couple of their diabetes bags and I love them, plenty of storage and super convenient, I love how they come with ice packs to keep the insulin cool on a hot summer days especially here in Florida where I live! I bought what I thought were two groups of four plastic tooth paste rollers. They were $4.95 each. When they arrived it was two rollers, not 8. $4.95 for each roller. If you go to their sight you will see the picture beside the description with 4 rollers. Very deceptive.
Being recently diagnosed with Type 1, I needed a bag that could securely hold all of my supplies. Every bag I found that I liked, was built for the insulin needle and jar, but I have two long pens. I also have been having anxiety about not having enough supplies with me, considering I use about 5-6 pen tips a day. This bag is exactly what i needed! Today, a very patient woman by the name of Dennis was able to work me through setting up our pill dispenser. The instructions that came with. it were unclear and I was having a rough time trying to set up the dispenser.
