Context: I had a gastroscopy appointment All in all, the appointment got done. First issue I had, they told me to arrive 30 mins early to the appointment, and I ended up getting called back 45 minutes AFTER my appointment time, so I was waiting for over an hour. Could have been an off day, otherwise there's no point telling patients to come in early. They act like you annoy them for coming in. The useless clowns take payment for not helping at all.
Busy signal every time you call, waste of time.
