They have the best knee surgeon, Dr. Slagel, and the best therapy team in the building's basement. It's incredible that there are such professional and amazing people all in the same place!!
Don't show up 8 minutes late for your doctor's appointment. They don't care about your life or reasoning. They will just cancel, reschedule you a month later, and try to charge you the no show fee. Best part, no other patients in the waiting room. As this was my first time being late, there was a lack of understanding, lack of compassion, and lack of empathy. Sorry for showing up 8 minutes late. Healthcare has no consideration
