I visited the ER in March. It took them over 6 hours to figure out what was wrong and finally discharge me. The hospital was filthy and they were severely understaffed, causing very long waiting to be moved from one room to another, which was another issue in missing visits from the doctor who could have discharged me several hours earlier. almost passed out in the ER lobby the front desk was extremely rude and dismissive. had to go to a different ER. absolutely horrible
I have been with Group Health my entire life! Recently I disagreed with a treatment plan and Dr. Robert Oliver decided to end physican-patient relationship because I inquired on a second opinion of a diagnoses. His ego is large and totally uncalled for. Dont get him for internal medicine.
I was ordered to get routine bloodwork by my doctor, and I went to the TriHealth lab as directed. The lab tech there refused to draw my blood, laughed at me after I told her I faint during bloodwork, and made me go to the hospital instead. I wasn’t informed about the billing difference, and I’m now being charged incorrectly for a hospital visit I didn’t need. I’d like this to be reviewed and reclassified appropriately.
One of the worst doctor-patient experiences I have ever had to deal with. Had a referral sent in for Raynaud's and was rejected because Dr. De Buys did not read my chart fully and just glanced over it, or at least that’s what supervisor Nate thinks happened. So, I had over 6+ weeks wasted before major spine surgery because a doctor cannot read. Now no appointments until after my surgery and since I can not travel I can not have this done until later in the year. BE CAREFUL dealing with this doctor!!!
