In the year that I lived in one of the Group Fox properties I had three different property managers, none of which cared about the residents or the property. My building had zero amenities and the few washers & driers were constantly broken. The maintenance staff was hard to get ahold of, expected you to do work yourself, and used one of our kitchen knives to pry open our stove top.
