Hello I have been living at Walnut Hills Apartment for 2 months and would not recommend it! Our parking lot is completely flooded and several cars are sitting in 3 inches of water. I have called emergency maintanance with no response! They dont seem to care about their property! Nobody elses parking lot is flooded but ours. Im going to be pissed if it damages my car in my carport. They need to respond and respect their residents needs. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. The office personnel lack any manners, they are rude and should not be working with the public, let alone property management.
