Dr Lam is great. He sits and listens to your concerns, he’s open and honest, he genuinely cares about you as a person not just as his next patient! I’m pleased I have found someone who listens! Can’t wait to make my next appointment.
I’ve had Dr. Lam since I was a kid & I absolutely love him & his team. I moved away 4 years ago & I still won’t go anywhere but group eye care! In fact here pretty soon, I’m going to be driving three hours just to see Dr. Lamb because I trust them & know for a fact the service will be great! It is way worth the trip!
Took my son for his annual exam. Dr. Lam was great! However, the bad attitude and absolutely no help from the lady that was supposed to help with glasses, was beyond disrespectful! She plopped a box of frames in front of us, said nothing even when I commented that the boys and girls frames were mixed and hard to tell which was which. Nope, no response.
