RecommendedCame in today for an extraction and coming from a very traumatized person regarding dentists, it was very fast, professional and good experience compared to my other dentist. Very technologically advanced tools give you a lot of reassurance and confidence to keep coming back. Highly recommended! 10/10
I call this my dental spa. The kindness extended by everyone is beyond description, but I will try. From the moment you walk in the front door, you are greeted by name, they know your music preference for your ear phones, lip balm so your lips don’t crack during procedures, and complete effort to eliminate any pain that might be caused by a procedure. I started with them when I lived in Florida. Now that I live in NC, I continue to stay patient even though I have to fly back and forth for my appointments. They are that good.
Love the attention and great care I have received from them for decades and even get crowned when I get a crown! ❤️
Dr Fraser is awesome ! I couldn't even feel the injection...and had absolutely NO post post op discomfort. He da bomb !!

I absolutely love this group! Dr. Fraser and his assistant Rachel and Nancy are amazing! Being that I was always petrified of the dentist, I never wanted to go! They make you feel comfortable, explain the process and give you options! I’m never pressured to do anything and always feel very well taken care of! MacDalia is wonderful in the front and Brianne is so attentive and bubbly making your teeth cleaning experience that much easier! I absolutely love this place! Highly recommended! Thanks guys!

I had my 6 month cleaning yesterday and as always, it's nothing but a painless & great experience. Take it from someone that has an extremely sensitive mouth. Dr. Marx and his staff are very professional and courteous. If your teeth are a disappointment, call Advanced Dental Group for an appointment!!!
Advanced Dental Group does things right the first time ! My hats off to Thomas Fraser and staff for the professional attention to detail and care in helping resolve my dental issues. Many times it’s not amount paid but the services rendered for what you pay that matters. I drive from Georgia to use this group and it’s well with the trip!
