Finally an honest auto shop! – Same day service and the staff is suprisingly honest and genuine. And they dont try to sell you anything extra. You can definitely tell they have remained in the family business so long for being straight up and honest. I really respect this place, and will continue to be a loyal customer.
Good Shop Run With Ethics – I have done business with this Christian-run business for about six years. It is probably the most ethical and honest repair shop I have ever done business with. The only problem is they don't open until 8 AM, which is a problem for those of us with earlier start times.
Service is the Worst – I came in here because it was close to my work and my co-worker suggested it. I was quoted for some repairs in the amount of $300 plus dollars and I agreed. After, some time later they called back and said, " the job is an additional $500 + dollars." Of course, I agreed I had no choice. Later, I got my car back two days later, which they promised it would be ready that same day I dropped it off. I was mis-lead from the beginning to the end. foster's automotive of houston. avoid this establishment. owner cussed me out. – i went there last year to get an inspection sticker. they gave me the run around for about $1200. i came again this year to get it renewed. they told me the exact same SYMPTOMS WERE WRONG WITH MY CAR. I TOLD THEM I WAS STILL UDER WARRANTY. THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY HAD A DIFFERENT SOLUTION TO FIX IT THIS YEAR, BECAUSE LAST YEAR THEY MUST NOT HAVE FIXED THE RIGHT THING.
Best Auto Shop in Houston – Great service, excellent work, family run and actually trust worthy!!! They told me what I needed to fix so that it would run, what I shoud fix so it wouldn't break again and how long I could wait before doing it! No upselling at all, they just did what needed to be done. I tell all of my friends to go here to get inexpensive, reliable and friendly service.
