Finding the right house was easy, rental process was easy, I did everything on my own time, houses are self-showing, so I did not have to deal with back-to-back appointments. Great people to do business with! Overall very happy to rent from group 15.
Group 15 made my move-in to my townhouse really easy and very convenient! I love the new smart features they're implementing in their homes, like the smart lock; no more carrying house keys around!

Truthfully wish I could give zero stars. I would NOT recommend this company to my WORST enemy. We were only in our rental home for 6 months and it was a nightmare from the first week, it all ended after having no running water for 1 whole month. The owner of group 15 was rude and unhelpful, our property manager Alexandra was the worst, it seemed like every time something went wrong (which was almost every other week) she went on "vacation" and was no help! When I called for a property manager to take care of my two rentals, Danny with Group 15 was the first to respond. 15 minutes during the holidays and I immediately trusted him and 5 months later he still has not disappointed me. He takes the lead but at times ask my opinion and I feel like he really works hard to learn new ways as well as welcome the opinion of his partners and myself. I feel like we are partners.
