Fantastic service department. I drive an hour and a half to this dealership due to the poor overall quality of my dealship in Montgomery. Chris and Jamie are great. They made sure I was taken care of and communicated with me every step of the way.
If I could give this place less than 1 star, I would. I purchased a brand new 2025 Subaru Ascent from this dealership last August and I now have 7500 miles on it. A few weeks ago I called the service shop about an issue I was having with the rear lift gate. The gentleman on the phone told me to bring the vehicle to the dealership last Saturday at 1 pm.
