We met with Javier, he professionally explained our options and we decided on a plan which was best for us. They had a date open, just six days later…..two very nice young men, Collier and Mark arrived on time and completed the job to our total satisfaction….. all at a reasonable cost. We have a five year plan, one of their trained specialists will return annually to make certain there is no movement. We recommend Groundworks.
They repaired my driveway and during the repair they told ne about the error in construction by the builder. I asked them, as the experts they said they were, to put it in writing so that I could pursue reimbursement. They said they would, but then ghosted me. Then their repair work failed with new cracks and sliding. I notified them and they again ghosted me until I said I would write a review regarding their non-customer service. Much appreciation to Bayley Olson on the inspection. Got here ahead of schedule, was prompt and professional, and was fully candid about what was truly needed versus what was maximally needed. Gave me a lot of trust and faith in the work and opinion.
