Great crew, personable, professional and efficient
The crew that came out to the house was extremely polite, professional, and they did a job that I would recommend to anybody the sales rep who’s supposed to contact me. Evan never returned my calls.
I am writing this review to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service provided by Groundworks. Throughout my experience with this company, the level of communication has been completely unacceptable. It has been incredibly difficult to get clear updates, clear answers, or timely follow-ups regarding my project. Update Sept-2026 I’m updating my review here as my experience has dramatically shifted from the initial interactions. Since the work was completely (6 months ago) we unfortunately started seeing even more pronounced signs of foundation movement, windows not working, cracks in drywall, etc. Jackson from the team came out to do a follow up inspection and took measurements which showed considerable movement (0.7”) across multiple areas of the foundation.
