These guys are prompt, professional, and great customer service. They delivered on all promises.
They are great! They always do a nice job with our lawn.
I really wanted to like Groundscapes and give them a great review. And don't get me wrong, they seem like really great people. HOWEVER, I called regularly over a series of months to get placed on their snow removal list - this legitimately took them 3-4 months to get name, address, email written down and listed correctly. Ok, finally we get on the list and it seems like everything should be good to go for the winter, no harm no foul. Except when the snow came they never arrived to remove the snow!
