This is my second season with GSI, and I’m more than pleased with the results, considering that I do not irrigate my lawn (in this case, expectations must be managed). They are reasonably priced (I used to spend an insane amount doing it myself) and the customer service is great. I reached out with a concern, and the response was polite and professional, with them sending someone out within the week to touch things up at no charge to me. Would recommend them to anyone to try out. Will update in the future if things change.
Very unhappy. We have been using their services for a little over a year. Between June of last year to now, half my grass is dead and patchy. Two other neighbors who use their services have the exact same problem. When we asked about it, we got a lot of excuses. However, the neighbor next door, same kind of grass, no lawn service, has a full green lawn. Do not recommend. The first photo was last June 2024 and the second is April 2025.
Used to be my go to lawn service until they made my lawn look like a wool sweater that got attached by months and blamed it on different grass stains and drought conditions. Tried using every excuse I'm the books. Sadly, I cancelled service this year after he told me that everything will grow right back. I guess it's time to reseed and find a new lawn care provider.
