Groundhogs installed a new support post in my basement. Everyone I communicated with during the process was knowledgeable, flexible, and took the time to help me understand the work that needed to be done. They showed up when I expected them and were very clear about their timelines, which I value a lot from contractors. Did a great job with foundation repair process was was very smooth work overall turned out great, will be using there service in the future.
We had Spencer come and give a quote , he was very friendly and explained what was required , to our surprise it was less work then we thought. We went ahead and booked , and when Adam and his crew showed up he again explained what was going on , what he was going to do and informed us to not hesitate shoukd we have any questions. The Groundhogs crew completed a job for us last week. The job was completed on budget and on time. The crew and team are easy to work with and knowledgabke. Over all a great experience left us feeling assured we shouldn't have future foundation problems.
I had Groundhogs install new smart jack support posts on the main support beam in my crawl space. There was no overlap on the joints of the beam and the current posts were not sufficient to evenly support the load on the beam. The overall experience including the initial assesment as to what was required, the scheduling of the work and the completion of the work was great. Everyone was polite and completed the job at hand in professional matter. I highly recommend Groundhogs.
