We hired them for a concrete repair based on a recommendation. DO NOT make the same mistake. We were a small project and so they did not care about us at all. Photos are the "completed" work. They charged us $4000 for that "repair". When I contacted them to get the work corrected, they made up excuses about using a new material, despite them not attempting to address the majority of the damaged area and low work quality. Had them remove a set of concrete stairs and fill in a cold room that would leak every time it rained. They were quick, friendly and respectful. Great communication. I appreciate their professionalism.
I had a great experience dealing with them! From the first phone call to get an estimate to the clean up after the work was finished. The guys worked well together, were very courteous and professional. They kept me informed on every step and were always available to answer any questions. Fantastic job by Groundhogs’s and Brian who I dealt with directly on site. I thought the previous solution was irreparable but they were quick settle my nerves. Worked around my schedule being cognizant of timelines and schedules of my tenants to minimize disruption.
